RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION

By booking below you are agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy.
 
For appointments Tuesday- Thursday we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If 24-hour notice is not given, or you fail to show for your appointment a charge of 100% of the service(s) will apply to your credit card or gift card.
 
For appointments Friday-Sunday we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If 48-hour notice is not given, or you fail to show for your appointment a charge of 100% of the service(s) will apply to your credit card or gift card.
 
Please be aware that if there is not a valid credit card already linked to your client profile, we will contact you within 48-hours of your booking to collect this information. If we are unable to reach you due to an invalid phone number then the appointment will be cancelled.
