Guided by a visionary chef, our team has spent the past eight months fostering trust, respect, and open communication. Some members joined with little or no cooking experience—facing challenges like learning to prepare dishes far outside their comfort zones, including cooking meat as vegetarians or adapting to life far from home. Through mutual support, they’ve embraced growth and innovation, creating a culture of excellence.
